With over 35 years of professional culinary experience, Ian hails from Newcastle, England, and has a deep passion for bringing the flavors of his homeland to our community. For Ian, heading up his own British-themed kitchen is “almost a lifelong dream.”
Ian’s journey began when he moved to the United States with his parents, helping to run Indian Mills Pizza in Shamong, NJ. His extensive career has taken him through privately owned hotels, pubs, and restaurants, where he honed his craft and developed a deep love for British cuisine. Now, at The British Chip Shop, Ian pours his passion and expertise into every dish, ensuring that each meal is as authentic and delicious as possible.
